The Economic Geology Section of the Hungarian Geological Society was founded, the statutory meeting was held at the Eötvös Loránd University, Budapest.
 
September-Oktober 2013.
In the Alternative Economic High School we ordered mineral-, rock- and fossil-collection of the school which they use in the Geography classes.

In the summer the members of the chapter behooved a voluntary job for a week in Recsk (Hungary) to save there the mineral- and rock-collection which has a great historical significance.
